Easy-Peasy Chicken Tortilla Soup

Simple and delicious, this recipe is the best of both worlds. 

Ingredients:
2 cans                   diced tomatoes
1 can                      chicken broth
1 can                      corn, drained
1 can                      black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can                      chili
1-2c                        salsa
1pkg.                     cream cheese (8 oz.)
2c                            cooked chicken (or 2 large cans of cooked chicken)
1/4t                        salt
1/4t                        pepper
1/2t                        curry
1/2t                        cumin
1/2t                        garlic salt
1/4t                        onion powder
1/4t                        cayenne pepper

Directions:
In large kettle, combine all soup ingredients (including spices and vegetables) and bring to a boil.  Simmer together for about 20-30 minutes.
  
Serve with cheese quesadillas or tortilla strips.  Top with sour cream if desired.
