Beef Stew



Ingredients:
2lbs        stew meat, cut into small pieces
1can       peas, drained
2c            carrots, sliced
2              medium onions, chopped
2-3          potatoes, diced
1can       Gluten Free tomato soup
1              bay leaf
1t            salt
Dash of pepper
Great American Land & Cattle Co. Steak & Meat Seasoning, season to taste

Directions:

In crock pot, combine meat, peas, carrots, onions, and potatoes.  In small bowl, combine soup, bay leaf, salt, pepper, and 1t Great American seasoning salt. Combine meat mixture with soup mixture. Mix well.  Bake at 275° for 5 hours or in a crock pot on high for 4 hours. After stew is cooked, season to taste with more Great American seasoning salt.
