Romaine Chicken Salad Wrap

Throw together a quick lunch or simple dinner with this yummy chicken salad! This is the perfect recipe to cater to a gluten free or low carb diet and is a dish the whole family will enjoy.
Romaine Chicken Salad Recipe (serves 3):
2T     white vinegar
        salt
        pepper
1/3c   mayonnaise
1/3c   sour cream
4      green onions, sliced
2      baby dill pickles, finely chopped
1       canned chicken breast in water (12.5 oz)
6      romaine lettuce leaves
Directions:
Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and sour cream together in a small bowl. Mix the onions, baby dill pickles, and chicken breast in a separate bowl. Add sauce mix in the small bowl to the chicken mixture. Spoon 1/6 of the mixture into each lettuce leaf. Serve with a side of your favorite veggie and gluten free chip. A personal favorite are the all natural, original potato Popchips as a healthy alternative to fried chips.
