Anything peanut butter is a personal favorite! Cookies are sometimes a spontaneous want and it helps to have the ingredients already in the kitchen. This recipe is something sweet that doesn't require mad store hunt for a gluten free flour or starch.
Ingredients:
½ c sugar
½ c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c chocolate chips
1 c chunky peanut butter
½ c chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Shape dough into 1 1/4 " balls. Place about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in a crisscross pattern with a fork. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet immediately onto a cooling rack.
