Sweet Hungarian Beef Goulash

Ingredients:
2              large yellow onions
2 T          oil
½ T         paprika
½ t          garlic powder
2 t           kosher salt
½ t          pepper
1lb          beef stew meat
1 ½ c      beef broth
2 T          brown sugar
2 T          ketchup
1 T          vinegar cider
3 T          Worchester sauce
1 can      tomato paste (15 oz.)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauté onions in oil until translucent. Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and rub into meat. Mix beef broth, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar cider, Worchester sauce, and tomato paste thoroughly into a sauce. Combine onions, meat, and sauce in a dutch oven. Bake for 2 hours. Serve over cooked rice or potatoes.
