My Aunt Cherie is frequently found trying new recipes in the kitchen. Always revising and whipping up flavorful food; I frequently benefit from her creations. This is one of her original sauces she just created on a whim of spontaneity and good taste. A special thanks to her for sharing her recipes!
Ingredients:
3T ketchup
2T olive oil
1T white wine
vinegar
1t dried
oregano
1t dried
mustard
1t yaram
masala
2lbs chicken
breast, cut into strips
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a medium sized bowel. Add chicken, gently
folding sauce and lightly coat chicken. Serve chicken mixture over rice.
